1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is LogicStream s.r.o., with its registered seat at U Cihelny 204, Přemyšlení, 250 66 Zdiby, Czech Republic — company identification number (IČ) 27678318, tax identification number (DIČ) CZ27678318, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (Městský soud v Praze), Section C, Insert 139596.

2. What we collect
This website collects personal data only when you actively submit it through one of two forms:
- Contact form — name, email address, company (optional), and your message.
- Blueprint download form — name, email address, company and role (both optional).
In addition, when you submit either form, we record a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address (not the address itself) purely to detect abusive or automated submissions, and a temporary session cookie used only to protect the form against cross-site forgery — no analytics or advertising cookies are used on this site.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Responding to a message sent via the contact form — legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Sending the AI Transformation Blueprint you requested, and the download link itself — your explicit consent, given by submitting the form.
- Fraud and abuse prevention (the hashed IP address) — legitimate interest in keeping the site's forms usable and secure.
We do not use your data for marketing communications unless you separately and explicitly opt in to that at some point in the future — this website does not currently send any newsletter or marketing email.
4. How long we keep it
Contact messages and blueprint-download leads are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship, and in any case for no longer than 3 years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting or tax obligations) or you ask us to delete your data sooner.
5. Who else sees it
Your data is stored in a database hosted by Active24 (Czech Republic) on our behalf, under a standard hosting agreement, and is not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party. Data stays within the EU and is not transferred outside it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz)
